QA Accomplishments!
Hello everyone! Along with working on Salesforce projects, I also have been working on Manual QA projects as well and I learned quite a few things 😃
📝 Created test cases and test suites that are easy to follow and is very well structured
👩🏾💻 Finding, isolating , reporting, and tracking defects within our bug-tracking tool (Jira is one)
⚙️Triage incoming bugs reported by our customers, identify trends, and escalate urgent issues as necessary.
This is from one of the many projects I have been working on within several types of industries. Fun right!
During these days I have been looking into platforms a bit differently than I used to. I check to see it there are any bugs on the apps. I look into why the apps are formatted the way it is. I am working on my QA mindset and it has been rewarding to see the progresses I have been making along my Tech journey.
