What I've been doing the past couple of months

It’s been an amazing couple of months working with the team!

I was able to assist organizations with their specific business needs utilizing Salesforce by:

🔗 Configuring those new user profiles and updating permissions for clients

👥 Assigning User profiles, role hierarchies and management.

📝Translating technical information into sales professional terms

📝 Developing technical documentation and training

🔐Installing and managing new applications that created exceptional workflow efficiencies

🗳Performing configuration and customization on the Salesfirce.com platform

👨🏿‍💻🏾‍👩🏾‍💻Contributing with the team and brainstorming with co workers on ways to improve and complete tasks that were given to us by our clients

I’ve also been working on preparing for Salesforce certification exams by signing up for Salesforce Administrator Certification Day this month to further solidify the knowledge I have and learning more about the platform. 

Recently, I went to the event and learned much more about the testing process and new things about Salesforce that I didn't know before. I am still studying for the exams but the event helped to grow my knowledge within the CRM. I am excited to see where the certification will take me on my journey. 

The knowledge that I have as of now is more so on the hands on work I have with the tech clientele. Which is a new and exciting process for me. So just to mention that learning new skills will take time, but it is with community and determination that will take you there!
